Information we use and why
- Enquiries and service requests: information you choose to send by email or messaging, such as your name, contact details, project requirements and correspondence. We use it to reply, prepare proposals and provide requested services. The applicable basis may be steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling general correspondence.
- Website operation and security: technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, access logs and authentication information may be processed by WordPress, our hosting provider and security tools to deliver, maintain and protect the website.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits and interactions. Optional analytics storage is controlled through the consent tools. Google Consent Mode adjusts Google tags according to the consent signals received.
- Advertising: this site is connected to Google AdSense for setup and review. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may process information to deliver and measure advertising, subject to applicable consent choices. Connecting the site does not mean ads have been approved or are currently being served.
Cookies and your choices
Essential technologies support site operation and consent preferences. Optional statistics and marketing choices can be accepted, denied or changed through the consent controls. Hostinger hosts the website. WordPress plugins support its operation, security, consent and backups. Google provides Analytics, Search Console and AdSense-related services. Providers process information as needed for those services under their applicable arrangements. Website backups are stored on the web server.
Links to Substack, social networks and messaging services take you to independently operated platforms. Information you provide there is handled under their policies. We do not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list when you enquire. This site currently has no customer account, paid-download checkout or academy membership system.

Retention and security
We retain correspondence and service records only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver the service, maintain necessary business records or meet applicable legal requirements. Analytics retention is governed by the configured Google service settings. Cookie lifetimes are described in the Cookie Policy. Information may remain in protected backups until those backups rotate.
We use HTTPS, access controls, security tools and backups to reduce risk. No internet service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact contact@paniniwashere.com. We may request proportionate information to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless specifically needed.
